  • Account Credentials (username and password for our software platforms).
  • Payment Information (processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full credit card numbers).

  • Software Usage: Crash reports, log files, and feature usage statistics to improve StressApp and Stresslog stability.
  • Geolocation Data: Some of our earth-science applications may require location permissions to tag geological data. This data is stored locally on your device or uploaded to your account only at your specific direction.

1.3 Licensing & Hardware Identification

To verify license ownership and enforce usage rights, specific software products collect unique hardware identification data from your machine (Hardware ID).

How this works: This identifying data is collected, hashed, and transmitted to our secure servers along with your registered email address. We use this data solely to generate and validate the license key specific to your machine.

Consent & Functionality: Providing this data is a requirement for the software to function. If you do not consent to this collection, the software will refuse to run. This data is stored securely in our internal database and is never shared with third parties.

Revocation & Deletion: You may request the deletion of this hardware identification data from our servers at any time. However, please be aware that deletion of this data will result in the immediate revocation of any licenses associated with that hardware, and the software will cease to function.
